About

I was born on a mildly warm night for September and waited long enough to let my mom watch her favorite rerun of Mad About You. From a young age, I always was creative, whether it was creating outfits no one else would dare to wear or painting a million and a half pictures for my mom ( to the point the fridge couldn’t handle all of my “artwork”).

As I got older I never really knew what I wanted to do (who really does know), but eventually stumbled into graphic design when one of my mentors at my after-school music school saw I had potential. I honestly could not thank him enough for introducing me into this world. (seriously thank you Jared M.)

I like to be very hands-on with projects versus just sitting on a computer. I went to a very hands-on school and fell in love with working with different mediums such as pottery and layered paper. I don’t have a set style and love to work on all different types of projects.

A Few Things About Me:

  • I love music and almost always will have it playing. Ive been working on one playlist since 2014, so I’m always looking for more. Please recommend me anything and maybe I’ll add your suggestion to it!

  • My graphic design style is constantly changing, I always want to learn new things. I believe that even if you left school, you still can learn something new.

  • I love traveling. My favorite place in the world is Maine.

  • I’m in love with food. I am willing to try any food once.

  • I really like plants, although I’m not sure they always like me.

  • I love all animals, please show me your pets!

I hope this gives you a good overview of me and I can’t wait to hear from you. If you want to learn a little more contact me via email sop1@pct.edu, check out my resume, or take a look at my Instagram
